Get in touch with your sensual side in 2018! Our style of Sensual Dance is like pole dancing without the pole, and like burlesque without the striptease! With a focus on floor work, chair dancing, and using other props most people have at home, Sensual Dance is a wonderful way to increase strength and flexibility while learning to move your body in sexy new ways you could never imagine.
Appropriate for beginner and experienced dancers and all levels of flexibility.
KNEE PADS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If you don’t have knee pads, you can bring a yoga mat instead.
What to wear: Comfortable and body conscious workout or dance wear like leggings, tanks, etc. You can wear lingerie and hosiery if you want to dress up and feel sexier, just be sure that your feet won’t slide on the floor in whatever you wear over your feet (tights, socks, etc.) We’ll warm up in bare feet, and you can wear heels for the dance portion if you’d like.

Burlesque has helped me realize who I am as a woman. It has helped me become stronger, more confident, and has given me a new lease on life.
Betty makes the moves accessible to anyone, regardless of experience or background. It could be your first time in a dance studio, or you could be a seasoned performer. The classes are molded to fit each and every performer.
Growing up, I was made to believe that pretty girls were no bigger than a size two. Burlesque has helped me realize that as long as I feel good, to hell with what anyone else thinks.

We, as grown ups, forget to play. Burlesque is dress up, make up, silly dancing, sexy dancing, and all out playing, in a safe, non-judgy environment.
Just do it. You’ll never regret it. You might regret the glitter that will never leave your home, clothing, pets, and life but… do it anyway!
